To celebrate International Whiskey Day we are hosting a very special whiskey masterclass at Employee’s Only.

For $120 pp you will get to try six different whiskeys including Slane Irish Whiskey, Nikka Coffey Grain, Woodford Rye, Glendronach 18yr, Jack Daniels Single Barrel & Bennriach 21yr Peated.

The whiskeys will be paired with an indulgent menu that has been carefully curated by our culinary team to highlight the best taste in each whiskey.

The Woodford Rye will be paired with baked camembert w/ truffle honey, toasted walnuts, crostini & crisp sage followed on by a tasting of Glendronach 18y with NY Striploin MBS 5+ w/ cauliflower puree, grilled bone marrow & granny smith apple jus. And to finish, the Jack Daniels Single Barrel will be served alongside salted Butterscotch Pannacotta w/ caramelized banana, lemon curd & micro lemon balm.
